Polio Plus Program
Our Club undertook to raise $160,000 as our share for this program and on April 15th, 1988 we presented a cheque for this amount to R.I. President, Chuck Keller at the Club's 75th Anniversary Dinner. This project received 100% participation from the members. This Rotary Worldwide campaign had an original goal of US$120 million. It was reported that over US$219 million was raised. Contributions from Canada amounted to US$7.3 million.
