This ideal retirement home, the largest single project undertaken by any single Rotary Club in the world, was begun in 1972. The first phase was completed in 1976 and an addition, completed late in 1982, increased the project investment to $7,500,000. Located in the city's core, the Centre provides round-the-clock care for some 215 residents. This facility has now closed.
