Biography
Andrew Phillips has been editor of the Star’s editorial pages since January 2011. Previously he was editor of the Victoria Times Colonist and The Gazette in Montreal. He has also been a writer and editor at The Gazette, CBC Television News, and Maclean’s, as well as business editor of the Star. He holds a degree in history and economics from McGill University and taught journalism at Concordia University.
