SPECIAL MEETING AS PART OF THE REGULAR VIRTUAL ROTARY MEETING JUNE 4, 2021 AT 1:15 PM: TWO ITEMS:
APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30 2021 AND APPROVAL OF BYLAW XXI (see attached Bylaw XXI).
As announced at the January 22, 2021 virtual Rotary Meeting (Special Meeting) the Appointment of the Auditors for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 was deferred.
The appointment of the Auditors for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021, will be addressed this Friday, June 4, 2021, at the end of the regular Rotary meeting on Friday, June 4, 2021.
A second agenda item for the Special Meeting is the approval of Bylaw XXI which addresses the Club’s Bylaw XVII Amendments with regard to the Member Committee changes and voting rights for the Club Treasurer and the Foundation Board President. These bylaw changes are part of the Club’s Transition Plan and was approved by the Club Board at the May 19, 2021 Club Board Meeting. (see attached Bylaw # XXI).
