April is Environment Month
The Rotary Club of Toronto Environmental Working Group has arranged an Earth Day Clean up with Don’t Mess with the Don!

On Saturday, April 22, 2023, starting at 10 am, various Toronto Rotary Clubs will be joining the clean up.  The annual Earth Day event is the biggest of the many clean-ups and past Earth Day events volunteers have removed nearly 50,000 pounds of trash. The event takes place at E.T. Seton park and further info can be found here:  https://www.dontmesswiththedon.ca/earth-day-2023

Our participation is also part of the Great Lakes Watershed Clean Up.  This is a Rotary initiative with thousands of Rotarians and non-Rotarians participating to collect refuse along the shore lines and tributaries of the Great Lakes basis in support of the Rotary’s area of focus: Supporting the Environment.

Please come out and join us in service to our community. There is no charge to attend. If you are interested in attending please contact Kevin Power at kevin.power@rotarytoronto.com.
